Refund and Cancellation Policy

1. Right of Withdrawal (7 days)

Under article 49 of the Brazilian Consumer Defense Code, you may withdraw from the purchase of the Complete Map within 7 (seven) calendar days from payment confirmation, without giving a reason, with a full refund, even if the interpretations have already been generated.

How to exercise this right:

To request a full refund within this period:

1. Write to [email protected] from the e-mail address registered on your account.
2. If possible, include the purchase date or the transaction identifier.

Important: The full refund covers the total amount paid. Excentia absorbs the payment processing fees of the original transaction.

2. Refunds after 7 days

After the legal 7-day period, we do not issue partial or full refunds for an access period that has already started, except in cases of:

• Proven undue charge (technical error).
• Proven fraud in the payment method.

Since there is no renewal, there is nothing to cancel: access ends after the 3 months with no further charge.

4. No Automatic Renewal and Earlier Subscriptions

The Complete Map is a one-time purchase with 3 months of access: there is no subscription, renewal or future charge attached to it.

• When the period ends, the free map remains available and a new purchase can be made at any time.
• Premium subscriptions taken out before September 5, 2026, on the website or through Google Play, keep the conditions in force at the time of purchase: renewal and cancellation are handled on the original platform (Stripe customer portal or Google Play) and access continues until the end of the paid cycle.

5. General Provisions

Excentia reserves the right to refuse refund requests in cases of suspected fraud, abuse of the refund policy or violation of the Terms of Use.
