We collect only what is necessary to offer the services securely.

• Full name • Date of birth • Email • Optional profiles you create in the app

1.2 Automatically collected data

• Device identifiers (non-sensitive) • App usage data (anonymous whenever possible) • Performance information for technical support • Anonymized IP address for security and fraud prevention

1.3 Data stored locally and in the cloud

• Language, theme, and settings preferences • Authentication tokens (stored securely) • Local cache of interpretations (for performance and offline use) Note: Profiles and interpretations are synchronized with our servers to allow access on multiple devices and automatic backup.

2. How we use your data

We use your data to: • Perform account authentication and security • Process numerological calculations and generate analyses • Synchronize your profiles across devices • Customize the displayed content • Prevent fraud and ensure app integrity • Provide technical support • Improve features with anonymous metrics We do not perform ad targeting based on personal data. Campaign measurement (excentia.app website): we use Google Ads and Meta Pixel to learn whether our ads led to visits, sign-ups and subscriptions. These scripts are only loaded after you accept the cookie notice, and you can change your choice at any time on this page. Conversion events (sign-up and purchase) are also sent server-to-server to Meta, with pseudonymized (hashed) identifiers and never the content of your numerology chart.

3. Sharing

Excentia does not sell, trade, or share your data with third parties for commercial purposes. We share only in strictly necessary situations: • Infrastructure (AWS, cloud servers, essential services): always under contracts that guarantee data protection • Legal obligation: when required by competent authority • Rights protection: to protect our users and our platform • Voluntary sharing: when you decide to send or copy app results No sensitive data is shared with unauthorized third parties.

4. Security

We apply technical and administrative measures to protect your data: • OTP authentication (one-time access code sent via email) • Traffic encryption (HTTPS / TLS) • Protected JWT tokens • Restricted access control • Active security monitoring • Regular backups • Data segregation on the server No digital platform is 100% secure, but we apply all globally recommended standards.

5. Retention and Deletion

We keep your data for as long as necessary to provide the services. You can: • Delete profiles within the app • Request complete account deletion (feature under implementation) • Revoke permissions • Request access, portability, or data correction Requests can be made through support.

6. User Rights

In accordance with LGPD, GDPR, and equivalent legislation, you have the right to: • Access your data • Information correction • Portability • Deletion (partial or total) • Consent revocation • Treatment contestation • Information about use and purpose • Not be subjected to automated decisions without human review (not applicable in Excentia)

7. AI-Generated Content

Excentia uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) technologies to generate all numerological interpretations and automatic translations offered in the service. By accepting these terms, you acknowledge that: (1) texts may contain occasional inaccuracies or omissions; (2) analyses are symbolic in nature and should be used only for self-knowledge and entertainment purposes; (3) you are solely responsible for the use and interpretation of this information.

8. Children and Adolescents

Excentia is intended for those over 12 years old. We do not intentionally collect data from minors without parental consent.

9. International Data Transfer

Cloud services (such as AWS) may operate in multiple countries, always under global safety and compliance standards.

10. Policy Changes

This Policy may be updated periodically. Relevant changes will be communicated in the app. We recommend reviewing it regularly.
