The Excêntia Method is based on Modern Pythagorean Numerology. This is the mathematical and structural foundation we use, as it is the most universal, consistent, and respected in the West.
Our approach is born from the meeting of great rivers of human wisdom:
1. The Pythagorean Tradition
Inspired by Pythagoras (6th century BC), the Greek philosopher who saw the world not as chaos, but as Cosmos, a perfect musical and mathematical order. From him, we inherited the understanding that "everything is number" and that each numerical vibration is the essence of something.
2. Archetypal Wisdom
To give soul to numbers, we dialogue with universal symbols present in Kabbalah (Gematria), philosophy, and Depth Psychology.
At Excêntia, the mathematics is Pythagorean (precise and logical), but the interpretation is Human and Spiritual. While the calculation gives us the map, archetypal wisdom helps us understand the depth of the terrain.
We believe that numerology reveals the map, but you are the traveler. The map may show that there is a mountain ahead (a challenge), but it does not decide whether you will climb it, go around it, or sit and cry at its foot. That choice is, and always will be, yours.

Before diving into meanings, you need the key to translate letters into numbers. The Excêntia System uses the Modern Pythagorean Table, which follows the alphabetical order from 1 to 9.

Important rules:
Y Rule: Y is a "chameleon". It functions as a VOWEL when it is the only vowel sound in the syllable or is at the end of the word preceded by a consonant (e.g., Mary, Lynn, Yves). If accompanied by another vowel in the same syllable (e.g., Yara, Maya, Boy), it functions as a CONSONANT.
Accents: We ignore accents (Á = A, Õ = O, Ç = C).
Use this table for all name-based calculations (Motivation, Impression, Expression).
Your life is composed of various vibrational layers, each revealing different aspects of your essence:
1. Motivation (The Soul)
The "Why" of everything.
Motivation is your most intimate desire. It is what you feel when you lay your head on the pillow at night. It reveals what nourishes your soul.
2. Impression (The Personality)
The "How" you are seen.
Impression is your "interface" with the world. It is the first image you project, your body language, your style of dress.
3. Expression
The "What" you do.
Expression is the sum of the Soul (Motivation) and Personality (Impression). It represents your natural talents, your professional aptitudes, and the way you solve problems.
4. Destiny (Life Path)
The "Where" you walk.
Destiny represents the opportunities, challenges, and environment that life will bring to you. You do not choose Destiny (it comes from the date of birth), but you choose how to walk through it.
5. Mission
The "For What" you came.
Mission is the greater purpose. It is what life expects you to have learned or delivered when the curtain closes.
The Master Numbers (11, 22, 33) represent a higher vibrational potential and must be treated differently according to the type of calculation.
Fundamental Rule:
Structure Numbers (Destiny, Expression, Motivation, Impression): Masters are preserved, as they represent a higher potential for service and learning.
Temporal Calculations (Personal Year, Month, Day): Masters are reduced to a single digit value, as Master energy is difficult to manifest constantly in short periods.

Your life is divided into great acts, each with its own vibration and purpose.
The 4 Pinnacles (Decisive Moments)
There are four periods called Decisive Moments or Pinnacles. Think of them as "windows of opportunity": periods when life pushes you to develop a specific quality.
Each number is an archetype: a universal model of behavior. By recognizing these patterns in yourself, you stop reacting blindly to life and start acting with consciousness. The journey within yourself is the greatest of all adventures.
